Industry: Textile Manufacturing
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Qualification: CMA Qualified/Master’s Degree in finance
Responsibilities:
– Current SAP CO Module Power User, preferably SAP A1, B1 or Hana.
– Review policies and procedures and devise improvements in controls for determining the proper unit cost of products.
– Oversee the entire cycle of the budgeting process.
– Coordinate in Preparation of annual budget of the company.
– Review monthly budget versus actual analysis of factory overheads in SAP.
– Maintain cost accounting systems to support the determination of cost of goods sold, inventory valuation, and product line performance.
– Process orders settlement, including analysis, communication of abnormal variation, and corrective action.
– Daily monitoring of cost booked on shipments, along with rectifications and resolutions.
– Review standard versus actual price variance in SAP.
– Suggest revisions of product prices through various means, including analyzing actual manufacturing costs.
– Review and calculate the impact of any change in sales order and BOM.
– Analyze BOMs and cost estimates in SAP, along with discussion with operations and marketing.
– Perform monthly cost allocation cycles and quarterly revaluation of prices.
– Review department-wise monthly cost analysis sheet and financial impact of process orders closing.
– Prepare management reports for decision-making, including cost benefits analysis and finalization of the monthly management dashboard.
– Conduct segment-wise and customer-wise profitability analysis.
